Your Needs and Wants Matter
Unless you have a dental emergency, you will first meet with the doctor in a quiet setting to talk about your concerns, dental history, and treatment goals. This conversation helps make sure that we understand what you are seeking and help you have confidence that we will meet your needs.
We Treat Our Patients with a Comprehensive Approach
Your mouth and teeth are a system with many interrelated parts. For long-term health and stability all the parts must be considered. Our initial exam includes evaluation of your teeth, gums, bone, soft tissues, joints, muscles, function, comfort, health, and esthetics. Together you and your doctor will determine how to best achieve your goals.
We Build Relationships
Through getting to know you, our patients, and you getting to know us, we are better able to serve your needs. We work with you to help you attain the highest level of dental health, whether your goals are restorative, cosmetic, or maintenance related. Each time you visit, you’ll be scheduled with your same doctor, dental hygienist, and dental assistant.
We Are Proactive and Collaborative
Our philosophy is one of proactive care. We find that with regular preventive care, we can identify issues early, before they turn into major problems. This way, most patients experience few, if any, dental problems.
1. Our Dentists Listen—and Respond
Some dentists today practice the high-volume model: see as many patients in a day as you can, rush them through, and treat them as just one more set of teeth. We are different. We take time to hear your concerns, to discuss your oral health, to provide information and suggestions, and to deliver high-quality dental work when you need it. You will notice the difference from your very first visit and comprehensive exam. We understand that caring for your oral health requires an investment that insurance only partially covers—that’s why we work with you to ensure your health and appearance are maintained affordably.
2. RADA Has Experienced Staff
On average, our team members have worked with us for more than 15 years. That’s because we hire the qualified people, train them well, and create an environment in which people love to work. Your hygienist will get to know you and your dental history. The front desk staff will know your name. We will
3. RADA Provides Exceptional Dental Care
Each of our dentists has more than 25 years of experience and completes three times the required training standards every year. Our dentists have a genuine passion for what they do and take pride in helping you achieve your dental goals. Our dentists are Pankey- and Dawson-educated and have all completed Fellowship and Mastership programs at the Academy of General Dentistry, which is among the highest achievements in the dental community. We have been practicing in the same location for more than 40 years, so you can be confident in the quality of care you receive and in our continuing commitment to deliver it.
4. We Are Committed to Dental Technology
The right technology can make a world of difference in the comfort and quality of your visit to the dentist. At Restorative & Aesthetic Dental Associates, this includes state-of-the-art treatment tools such as digital x-rays, laser dentistry, digital scanners that replace gooey teeth impressions, and Invisalign. Our waiting room also has iPads and Wi-Fi available for your use.
5. RADA Has an In-House Dental Lab
When you need crowns, onlays, veneers, or replacement teeth, our highly skilled team of experts creates 100%-custom work to completely match your other teeth in terms of shape, size, color, tint, and function.
